In 2010 advising a company established abroad on the Belgian VAT implications of their transactions in Belgium and assisting them with their Belgian VAT registration and compliance.
Experience
I started my career at a Big 4 company advising and assisting all sorts of companies with their broad-ranged Belgian VAT questions and compliance. After 5 years, I wanted to practice what I preached and wanted to see what happened with such advice in practice. I therefore transferred towards a Fortune 500 company to advise and assist on in-house EMEA VAT questions and compliance. After another 5 years, I now want to use all that gathered experience to advise and assist Vatsquare customers with their Belgian/EU VAT questions and compliance.
